Nebraska Tire has
surplus Aircraft Tires
for use on Tractors, Shredders,
Mowers and Most Implements. These tires are the ultimate in
flotation and strength.
Aircraft tires on farm equipment give virtually flat-free service.
These super thick, thorn-resistant, heavy-ply tires eliminate costly
down-time and service calls.
-
Aircraft tires are have a much more durable construction process then
conventional tires of comparable size.
-
Thick rubber tread contains heat-welded nylon cords and shredded wire.
-
Extra sturdy sidewalls protects the cord body from moisture, bruises, snags
and cuts.
-
Plies of nylon cord imbedded in rubber gives extra strength
-
Fabric breakers between the tread and core body distributes shock and impact
over a wider area giving the aircraft tires greater strength and protection
under the heavy duty tread.
-
Layers of steel wire beads with tightly wound toe and heel anchors are
imbedded in rubber entwined in strong fabric to provide a solid base for the
plies.
-
Additional chafer strips at the base of the cord body and sidewall protect
the plies from damage during mounting or removal of tire from wheel and tend
to minimize chafing contact with the rim.
