Placing an order from Farmers Cooperative Tire Service Center by a customer will be deemed as an acknowledgment by the customer that they have read, understand and agree to our policies as stated on our website.
Any item may be returned within 30 days of receipt date; provided it is in a new or unused condition and is in its original packaging. A 20% restocking fee will apply. A copy of its original invoice and an RMA number must accompany all returns. Please call 1-800-234-5242 to obtain an RMA number. Return freight is the responsibility of the purchaser.

We apologize for any typographical errors in pricing information and we reserve the right to correct them. If the item has been priced incorrectly you will be notified immediately of the error.
Shipments are to the lower 48 states only, all freight shipments will be required to be sent to an in-town commercial address with a forklift or loading dock, any shipments that are sent to a limited-access address and we incur a restricted delivery charge from the carrier it will be charged to your card, these fees range from $50-$125 depending on location.
Farmers Cooperative utilizes FedEx and UPS for our parcel shipping, we strive to ship all orders within the next business day for prompt delivery. Once the order has been placed in the care with one of the trusted carriers Farmers Cooperative can in no way guarantee a delivery day and or time nor eliminate the possibilities of a lost shipment. In the event of a lost shipment Farmers Cooperative will file a claim with that carrier in hopes to locate the shipment, this can take 1-8 business days. Once an investigation is completed and the order has not been located, Farmers Cooperative will then resend the product to you.
